This wine has herbaceous notes on the nose with red cherries and fine spices on the palate. Great structure and ripe tannins throughout the experience. Ideally use a decanter if you fancy to drink this wine within 3 years.

500 Vines were selected on a slightly higher plateau from the Brêloft vineyard in the Awatere Valley. We brought the vineyard work to the next level with vine-to-vine attention. All vines are 2 cane pruned with canes growing on one year old wood, de-lateralised and one bunch per shoot with the shoulders removed. The grapes were hand harvested on a cool morning and settled on a cold temperature for 24 hours before the process started; 30% whole bunch and 70% destemmed, wild fermentation and gentle filtration.
