Pinot Noir "Grace's Secret" 2019
With low yields, less irrigation and a lot of attention to the vines, this Pinot noir will showcase a new generation of Marlborough. This wine is a bit herbaceous on the nose with dark cherries and forest floor on the palate. Great structure and ripe tannins throughout the experience. Beautiful developing going on at the moment, but ideally use a decanter if you fancy to drink this wine within 2 years.

500 Vines were selected on a slightly higher plateau. We brought the vineyard work to the next level with vine-to-vine attention. All vines are 2 cane pruned with canes growing on one year old wood, de-lateralised and one bunch per shoot with the shoulders removed. The grapes were hand harvested in the early morning and settled on a cold temperature for 24 hours before the process started; 25% whole bunch and 75% destemmed, 2 clones, wild fermentation and unfiltered.
